Okay now after you have launched yourself out of that gloomy bubble, what do u do??

The best way to start your day is by the 6 phase meditation which I learnt from my personal favourite Mr.Vishen Lakhiani, the CEO of Mindvalley.


Now you would say: okay I've heard of meditation but what''s the biggie?? Its like so typical isn't it??


Now lemme tell ya the real magic behind 6 phase. When you do it, u can access the altered states of ur mind and you can bend reality. I mean what if u could learn something with half the time or you can know something which is gonna happen before it has actually happened.

If that is the case, then your brain already knows the problems it has to face and thus it is prepared!! And when u know what's gonna happen, u can bend reality!


Now how to do it??


Like the name suggests, its a 6 phase thing. Now when u sit in the comfortable position, u know that u are ready.


Now the 1st phase is 'compassion'- where u imagine urself to be surrounded by a bubble of love and kindness and u feel connected to the universe.


2nd phase is 'gratitude'- where u are grateful for the life u have.


3rd phase is 'forgiveness'- where u bring to ur mind someone u need to forgive and u imagine that both of u are forgiving each other. By this, u relieve ur body of all the negative energy and tension.


4th phase is 'creative visualization'- where u see urself, ur dreams and aspirations come to life 3 years from now.


5th phase is 'day segmenting'- where u imagine 3 years from now, how ur perfect day is gonna turn out into.


And the 6th and last phase is 'blessing'- where u imagine the universe blessing u. And u feel no matter what u do, the universe always has ur back.
