The Conscious Dressing and Mental Health Connection

The concept of conscious dressing is as simple and literal as it suggests. It means to be aware or conscious of what clothes you are wearing. So why am I suggesting something like conscious dressing? Yes, it is something you would like to switch to as your styling (the way you are dressing up) has a direct impact on your mental health. The way you think, your thoughts and desires are all visibly clear in your wardrobe.
The #1happycloth would be organic clothes that is outfit specially designed in a non-toxic manner without the usage of any pesticides therefore being completely safe and comfortable.
The #2happycloth would be lab coats which symbolizes intelligence and knowledge. When one wears a lab coat, it seems to have positive effects on their performance in some specific tasks.
I would also like to throw light on how different colours impact our mental health.
The #1happycolour is green and it signifies serenity and wealth.
The #2happycolour is yellow and it signifies creativity and optimism.
The #3happycolour is orange which symbolizes vitality and fun.
The #4happycolour is brown which is a symbol of simplicity and durability.
